Since 2010, Kenneth has dedicated his life to ensuring that Lucky Bowl Restaurants operate throughout Tasmania with an exceptionally high level of service. He has a strong passion for serving unique and authentic Thai & Malaysian dishes, and he works closely with each of the Lucky Bowl teams to bring this passion to life across all stores.
Ken is a true innovator, and he continues to provide a delicious mouth-watering menu that features a large selection of ‘wok’ and flame dishes as well as hawker-style food that is fresh, healthy, and tastes amazingly good. Born in Kuala Lumper, Malaysia, Kean has always held a special interest in cooking food that is heavily influenced by his mother’s recipes. As the head chef at Lucky Bowl, he now brings his unique cooking skills and styles to our kitchens to ensure the most authentic food is served. He only uses the freshest ingredients, so ur customers can experience Thai & Malaysian dishes at their absolute best.
Kean has completed multiple certifications and diplomas where he fine-tuned his culinary style and gained the skills to lead our teams of chefs at each Lucky Bowl to ensure consistency throughout the Lucky Bowl brand.
